A) Saw
Cutting of the pipes are performed using teeth cutter saw. Forward movement is achieved using a motor. A screw nut mechanism is used.
B) Threading Machine
Threading head is driven by a servo motor. Head movement is also achieved using servo motor. A landis threading head was used in the headpiece. As 2 servo motors are synchronized, the wastage of tooth rakes are minimized. In case the clamps holding the pipe do not open, the toothing rakes enter the pipe at the same angle. Due to this property, the initial adjustment process can be performed with great ease.
C) Coupling - Plug Attacher
In this system the end of the pipe is oiled with a protective oil. A pneumatic piston nails the plug into the pipe. The coupling attacher apparatus is placed on a turnstile. The plug attacher apparatus is located at the other end of this turnstile. If both sides are to be attached with a plug, the turnstile is set to plug attachment mode. In case a coupling is to be attached on one end of the pipe, the turnstile is set to sleeve attachment mode.
D) Packaging
Pipes coming from coupling-plug attachment are gathered on a table based on the number of pipes at each row. When their count is correct, the lifter system that uses an electromagnetic magnet transfer these pipes from the area into packaging zone.
